PVC Steel Wire Reinforced Hose
. Feature:
1. non toxic pvc inner tube and cover , spring steel wire helix embedded inside
2. clear wall , visual flow inside the hose
3. minus pressure resistant , high working pressure , bursting pressure is 3 times of working pressure .
4. anti collapsible, anti kinking
5.chemical resistant , with UV stablizer , UV resistant
6.Temperature range: -5ºC to 70ºC
7. food grade quality is made from top grade pvc and environmental plasticizers , free of phthalates and heavy metal elements. We can produce as requirement of FDA , REACH , ROHS.
8. high temperature resistant hose is 120ºC resistant. It can work under 120ºC temperature conditions.
9. anti-static hose is with the copper wire inserted into the hose . it can avoid the black of the flowing in hose due to the static and protect users from getting electric shock .
10. high intensity polyester fiber and steel wire reinfored hose is with steel wire screwing and high quality fiber inside the hose . It can keep its shape and work normally under higher pressure as well as minus pressure conditions.
Applications:
This hose is used to suction and delivery water ,granules , oil , powder in agriculture , factory , construction .
Food grade quality hose can be used to delivery milk,bverage,wine,beer,jam and other foods,suitable for drinking water and strong distilled liquor.
